Whether you are on Long Island, in New York City, or anywhere in the world, our remote coaching, custom programs, and nutrition guidance are available to you. Distance is not a barrier.

GABRIEL TERRA

Gabriel is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals. He has been strength training since 2018 and has worked as a personal trainer at an upscale commercial gym and as a fitness professional at Binghamton University's recreation center, helping individuals of all experience levels improve their fitness and achieve their goals.

He specializes in bodybuilding, muscle growth, fat loss, and body recomposition. Gabriel believes fitness is about more than workouts — it's about building confidence, discipline, and healthy habits that carry into everyday life.

EAMON MURRAY

Eamon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer from Long Island with a unique fitness journey. As a child he struggled with severe arthritis that significantly limited his physical abilities. Through consistent training and determination, he overcame those challenges and went on to become a multi-sport All-State and All-American athlete.

He has been strength training since 2018 and coaching since 2023. He is currently one of the top collegiate powerlifters in the USA at Binghamton University and has competed at the national championship level.

ADAM AKSELROD

Adam is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. His journey began during his sophomore year of high school when he started weightlifting as a shot put athlete and has been training consistently since 2020. He earned a Health and Wellness minor from Binghamton University.

Adam spent two years personal training and teaching fitness classes at Binghamton University's campus recreation center. He understands that the gym can feel intimidating — which drives his approach to making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
